
Korean Bulgogi Rice Bowl
Description

Ingredients
- 10 lb beef stew meat
- 3 tsp beef base
- 4 cups water
- 5 cups chopped onions
- 6 cups Korean pepper sauce
- 29 cups long grain brown rice
- 5 lb shredded cabbage with carrot
- 2 cups spring or scallion onions
- 1 TBSP sesame seeds
- 7 cups shredded carrots
- 5 cups raw mushrooms
