Quiche has never been easier! Working with liquid eggs and lots of tasty veggies and seasonings, simply combine ingredients in a hotel pan, bake, and serve!


Ingredients

  • 1% White Milk, 1.3 gallons
  • Fresh Sliced Mushrooms, 6.25 lbs 
  • Pepper & Onion Mix, frozen, 7.3 lbs
  • Baking Powder, 1 tsp 
  • Onion Powder, 2 Tbsp
  • Garlic Powder, 2 Tbsp
  • Ground Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp
  • Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, 1/4 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 6.5 lbs 
  • Pan Spray, 1 oz
  • Wheat Flour, 1.7 quarts
  • Liquid Whole Egg 10.4 lbs
