Veggie Cheddar Quiche

Description

Quiche has never been easier! Working with liquid eggs and lots of tasty veggies and seasonings, simply combine ingredients in a hotel pan, bake, and serve!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 lb Liquid Whole Egg
  • 1 gallon + 1 quart 1% White Milk
  • 6 lb Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • 7 lb Pepper & Onion Mix
  • 1 quart + 2 1/2 cup Plain All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 6 lb + 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 oz Pan Spray
