Roasted Mushroom & Meat Sauce

  • ½ cup Canola Oil
  • 2qt + 2 cup Mushrooms, Fresh, Sliced
  • 3 Large Tomatoes, Fresh, Ripe
  • 2 cup Onions, Fresh, Chopped
  • ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Canned Olives
  • 2 cup Sweet Red Peppers, Raw, Sliced
  • 10lb Ground Beef
  • 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes, Low Sodium
  • 1qt + 2 cup Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added
  • 2 ½ tbsp Basil Leaf
  • 3tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 ½ tbsp Salt
  • 4lb + 12oz Whole Grain Spaghetti
  • 2lb Parmesan Cheese, Grated
