What’s better than an omelet? An omelet made your way, and filled with fresh, local ingredients! Students can enjoy an omelet made just the way they like it, selecting from a variety of fillings such as fresh mushrooms, spinach, cheeses, and meats.   • 5 lb Whole Egg
  • 4 oz shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup chopped or sliced Red Tomatoes
  • 2 cups pieces or slices White Mushrooms
  • 2 cups raw Spinach
  • 1 cup sliced sweet Green Peppers
  • 4 oz sweet Onions
  • 4 Sausages
  • 4 oz ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1/4 cup canned Hot Pickled Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
