- 300lb + 9oz Beef, Fine Ground
- 300lb + 9oz Beef, Coarse Ground
- 28 ½ gallon Water
- 4 ⅛ no.10 can Tomato Sauce
- 6lb + 4 ½ oz Granulated Garlic
- 2 no.10 can + 3 cup Tomato Paste
- 8lb + 7 ⅜ oz Ground Paprika
- 21lb + 6oz Chili Powder
- 2lb + 1oz Ground Cumin
- 9oz Black Pepper, Fine Grind
- 1lb Salt
- 200lb Bell Pepper/Onion Blend
- 200lb White Mushrooms, Frozen, Diced
