  • 300lb + 9oz Beef, Coarse Ground
  • 28 ½ gallon Water
  • 4 ⅛ no.10 can Tomato Sauce
  • 6lb + 4 ½ oz Granulated Garlic
  • 2 no.10 can + 3 cup Tomato Paste
  • 8lb + 7 ⅜ oz Ground Paprika
  • 21lb + 6oz Chili Powder
  • 2lb + 1oz Ground Cumin
  • 9oz Black Pepper, Fine Grind
  • 1lb Salt
  • 200lb Bell Pepper/Onion Blend
  • 200lb White Mushrooms, Frozen, Diced
