Ingredients

  • 1 c., Onions, raw, sliced
  • 1 tsp., Salt
  • 1 1/4 c., Mushrooms, white, pieces or slices
  • 9 5/8 oz., Spinach, raw
  • 1 fl. oz., Lime juice
  • 1 c., Avocados, raw, sliced
  • 4/5#, 1 oz = 1 M, Cheese, Monterey Jack & Mild Cheddar Blend, Shredded
  • 8 oz., Land O Lakes
  • 1.5oz cup, Salsa, Naturally Balanced, Dipping Cup
  • 4 each, Tortilla, Flour, Whole Wheat, 10″
