Yahoo! Life featured an extensive article timed to Earth Day. “Mushrooms are one of the planet’s best flavor lifters” features comments from Pam Smith and Anne-Marie Roerink. Citing a variety of reasons, from flavor and sustainability to nutrition and versatility, the reporter notes why mushrooms are once again topping food trends lists.
The Blend made appearances in a variety of articles including Supermarket Perimeter, Meatingplace and First for Women. Supermarket Perimeter focused on the shifting meat consumption patterns by consumers, while the Meatingplace article highlights the growth of plant-based blends by animal protein companies. First for Women shared a blended meatloaf recipe made with chopped mushrooms and beef.
