Mushrooms continue to appear on 2024 trends lists, with Eat This, Not That! placing them at the top for 6 Grocery Trends You’ll See Everywhere In 2024. Foodservice trade FSR also featured certain mushroom varieties they predict will be The Hottest Food Trends for 2024. 

Elite Daily shared 32 Delicious Soup Recipes to Keep You Cozy All Winter Long, “From healthy soups packed with veggies and pots filled with comfort food classics to substantial stews and bowls brimming with noodles, there are all sorts of insanely tasty recipes to keep you satisfied throughout the season.” On the list at number 23 is, mushroom soup, of course. Elite Daily shares a recipe from TikToker, @themodernproper. 

Stuffed mushrooms were the “it” appetizer to ring in the new year with several outlets sharing recipes including  Southern Living and MSN. Southern Living shared, “Your guests will not be disappointed with these yummy mushroom-stuffed cups. It can be made ahead of time, and it only needs five minutes to bake.”
