Produce Retailer Blog touted The Blend as a possible way to reduce food waste, noting that “Sodexo is a proponent of the Blended Burger Project, which blends finely diced mushrooms into burgers and found that kids ate more and threw away less.”

KSBY spotlighted BBP Campus Edition participant, Cal Poly, in a recent broadcast segment. “Our regional chef has asked us to participate and of course we couldn’t resist, it’s a perfect opportunity,” says Ken Kline, Campus Dining Executive Chef.
