Mushrooms in the News: 06-13-2022

Mashed continues to focus heavily on mushrooms in recent weeks, sharing a Cheesy Stuffed Mushroom recipe. Giada De Laurentiis also shared a mushroom pasta recipe, while the Minneapolis Star-Tribune shared their take on crepes with sauteed mushrooms and asparagus.

Bon Appetit once again featured mushrooms, with their recipe for a Smashroom Sandwich. This sandwich, usually made with portabella or maitake mushrooms, is packed full of flavor and can be enjoyed right away or on the go.
