Mushrooms are appearing on more menus and in more LTOs than ever before.

This study showcases mushroom penetration on menus, how mushroom perform in various segments, how they are used with various cuisines and operations, how they perform at various dayparts, how they perform at various dayparts and regions and how they rank in usage with different product categories like burgers, pizza, chicken, sandwiches, appetizers, pastas and more.

The number one item menued with chicken dishes.

Mushrooms out-pacing cheese, sauces and other vegetables. They are the number one ingredient menued with chicken and are found on more than 1/3 of all chicken dishes menued.
