National Mushroom Month continued to find mushrooms earning an uptick in coverage, with national outlets running various series of mushroom-related stories. Tasting Table shared four mushroom-centric articles, focusing primarily on prepping and cooking tips. Delish shared two articles, one with mushrooms as part of their best side dishes, with the other touting 35 ways to use mushrooms.
