Ingredients
Crust:
- 9 c. wheat flour
- 7 c. white flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. yeast
- 6.5 c. water
- 6 tsp. oil
- Pizza Toppings:
- 2.5 c. pizza sauce
- 4.5 lbs. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 lbs. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
