VBCPS’s Sloppy Joe recipe made with – MUSHROOMS.  Our kids absolutely love our recipe that’s full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • Cuisine Solutions Sous Vide Ground Beef, 2 pkgs
  • Pan Spray
  • Mushrooms, Diced, 1.75 pounds
  • Onions, Diced, .5 pound
  • Garlic Powder, 2.75 tsp.
  • Tomato Paste, half #10 can
  • Ketchup, #10 can (1)
  • Water, 1.75 c.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 c.
  • Mustard Powder, 1/4 c.
  • Black Pepper, 3/4 tsp.
  • Brown Sugar, 1/2 c.
  • Hamburger Buns, 56 each

Notes

One sandwich is 2M/MA and 2 Grain equivalent credit.
