Students can enjoy an omelet made just the way they like it, selecting from a variety of fillings such as fresh mushrooms, spinach, cheeses, and meats. - Onion, row, 8 oz
- Sweet Green Peppers, sliced, 46 cups
- Hot Pickled Peppers, canned, drained, 1/2 cup
- Jalapeno Peppers, canned, chopped, 1/2 cup
- Sausages, 8 links
- Ham, cooked, diced, 8 oz
- Cooking Oil, 1/2 cup
- Whole Egg, frozen, 12 lbs
- Cheddar Cheese, shredded, 8 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, 3 cups
- Feta Cheese, crumbled, 2 cups
