Ingredients
- 6 gallon + 1 quart Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 10 lb Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
- 5 lb Fresh Diced Tomatoes
- 5 lb Turkey Pepperoni
- 6 lb + 4 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 5 lb Croutons, Whole Grain
- 100, 1.5 oz Packets Light Italian Dressing
- 100, 4.5 oz (single-serve cup) Frozen Strawberries
