Ingredients

  • 15 lb + 12 oz Fresh Spinach
  • 5 lb + 8 oz Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • 100 Medium Hard Cooked and Peeled Eggs
  • 20 lb Fresh Strawberries
  • 7 lb Red Fresh Bell Peppers
  • 100 Pieces Whole Grain flatbread
  • 100 each, 1.5 oz Italian Dressing
