  • 6 lb + 8 oz Pepper & Onion Mix
  • 10 lb Fresh Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 quart Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Dried Basil
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 12 lb Lite Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 oz Pan Spray
