Description

Your students are in for a treat when marinated mushroom salad is on the menu! A medley of mushrooms, vegetables, and basil marry Balsamic vinaigrette to deliver delicious flavor and texture. This menu item can be made the day prior to service making it a great addition to your menu when you need to plan ahead.

  • Vegetable oil, .4 cup
  • Red bell peppers, 8.8 lbs
  • Yellow onion, 14.7 lbs
  • Cherry tomatoes, 29.4 oz
  • Balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 2 cups
  • Basil, 8.8 bunches
