This quick grab and go entree salad utilizes your USDA Foods like pasta, vegetables, and turkey ham. Delicious and cost-effective!


Ingredients

  • 6 lb + 4 oz Wholegrain Rotini Pasta
  • 10 lb diced Turkey Ham
  • 1 can (10 lb) California Slice Ripe Olives
  • 5 lb fresh diced Bell Peppers
  • 3 lb fresh sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup ground Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Dried Basil
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 gallon Italian Dressing
  • 6 gallon + 1 quart Shredded Romaine Lettuce
  • 10 lb Fresh Diced Tomatoes
