Humboldt USD’s Marinated Mushrooms are a great way to encourage students to try new foods! Add beautiful color to your serving lines with these tasty mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 16 oz., Mushrooms, Fresh
- 1/4 c., Onions, Red, chopped
- 7 tsp., Thyme, chopped
- 2 leaves, Bay Leaf, crumbled
- 4 cloves, Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp., Salt
- 1/4 c., Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp., Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp., White Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 tsp., Italian Seasoning
- 1 dash, Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp., Red Cayenne Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp., Parsley, chopped
