Scrambled eggs with sweet peppers, assorted mushrooms and onions sautéed in a green curry sauce stuffed in Naan bread with spicy radish sprouts
Cumin-laced scrambled eggs served in a roasted portabella mushroom cap with Ranchero Sauce, diced avocado and covered with corn tortilla crumbs/strips. Serve with sour cream in a bowl.
Scrambled eggs atop French fries with sautéed mushrooms, cheese curds, and turkey sausage crumbles. Topped with pepper cream gravy.
Naan bread dressed with sun-dried tomato pesto and topped with scrambled eggs, oven-roasted artichokes, tomatoes, spinach and crimini mushrooms, applewood bacon, and Parmesan cheese, a dollop of rosemary sour cream.
