Description

Humboldt USD’s Marinated Mushrooms are a great way to encourage students to try new foods! Add beautiful color to your serving lines with these tasty mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz., Mushrooms, Fresh
  • 1/4 c., Onions, Red, chopped
  • 7 tsp., Thyme, chopped
  • 2 leaves, Bay Leaf, crumbled
  • 4 cloves, Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp., Salt
  • 1/4 c., Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp., Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp., White Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp., Italian Seasoning
  • 1 dash, Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp., Red Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp., Parsley, chopped
