Ingredients
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms
- 2 lb + 8 ounces butter
- 5 lb onions, diced
- 3/4 cup paprika
- 3/4 cup soy sauce, lower sodium
- 12 lb + chicken broth, lower sodium
- 3 quart + 1/2 cup milk, low-fat
- 1 quart flour
- 1/4 cup salt
- 3/4 cup ground pepper
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cup + 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 quart + 1 cup sour cream, reduced-fat
