- Peppers and onions, frozen- 3 1⁄4 pounds
- Tomato paste, unsalted- 5 ounces
- Oil, vegetable- 2 T
- Cumin, ground- 2T
- Garlic, granulated- 2T
- Salt, kosher- 1t
- Eggs, whole- 2 dozen
- Cheese, feta- 8 ounces
