To submit your recipe, please complete the form below.

• Submit your most delicious mushroom-tastic breakfast or lunch recipe by the deadline (June 30, 2024 for child care, September 30, 2024 for K-12).
• Your entry will be judged on the following criteria: deliciousness and flavor (10 points), plate appeal (10 points), use of fresh mushrooms (10 points), creativity and innovation with mushrooms (5 points), ease of prep and service (5 points), nutritiousness (5 points) and tested with students (10 bonus points).

If you would like to submit a K-12 recipe, please do so after July 30th when the entry period for the K-12 Contest begins.
