Mushroom Council Memory Game Sweepstakes
Sponsor: Mushroom Council, 200 Missouri Rd., Ste 200, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086
1. Eligibility
Open only to registered attendees of the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, California on October 17–18, 2025. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, visit the Mushroom Council booth during show hours, October 17–18, 2025 (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PT each day), scan your badge, and play the touchscreen game.
– High Score Play: Participants may play the game as many times as they wish in an effort to achieve the highest daily score.
– Random Drawing Entry: Each participant will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing based on their IFPA badge scan at the booth, regardless of the number of times they play. Multiple badge scans will not result in additional entries.
3. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV)
Three (3) winners will each receive the following prize package:
– One (1) Gozney Tread Outdoor Oven (ARV: $550)
– One (1) Pair of “Matty’s Hands” Oven Mitts (ARV: $55)
– One (1) Copy of Soups, Salads, Sandwiches Book (ARV: $40)
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize package: $645
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,935
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
– Two (2) Daily Winners: The eligible participant with the highest score each day of the show (Friday, October 17, and Saturday, October 18, 2025) will be deemed the daily winner. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing among tied participants to determine the winner.
– One (1) Random Winner: Selected at random from all eligible entries (one per badge scan) received across both days of gameplay.
– Total Winners: Three (3).
Winners will be notified via contact information provided at time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable time determined by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one prize per person.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning a daily prize depend on achieving the highest score among all participants on a given day. Odds of winning the random prize depend on the number of unique eligible entries received across both days.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the entrant’s name, likeness, organization, and/or statements for promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical failures of any kind.
7. Release of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, and employees from any and all liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
8. Governing Law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
