Description

Marinating is a quick and easy way to add lots of flavor without a lot of time. Simply combine all ingredients and let the mixture marinate overnight for the flavors to develop. The result is a rich salad students will gobble up. For the Lake Region High School in Maine, the students love marinated mushrooms.
