This is a simply delicious sauteed mushroom recipe from Littleton Public Schools in Massachusetts, created for their Mushroom Monday Celebration. These mushrooms make a great side dish, addition to the salad bar, or can be added to another dish.

1 pt., 1 tbsp., 1 tsp. – Oil, olive, salad, or cooking
1 tbsp., 1 ¼ tsp. – Salt, table
1 tbsp., 1 ¼ tsp. – Spices, pepper, black
1 tbsp., 1 ¼ tsp. – Spices, Italian Seasoning
¼ c., ½ tsp. – Garlic, raw
