Description

As part of the Portable Portabella Burger Campaign, the Portabella Fajita is a tasty, vegetarian option sure to please secondary students. These fajitas have seasoned bell peppers, onions, portabella mushrooms, topped with cheddar cheese, and salsa on a tortilla.

 

Meal Components: Each serving provides 1/2 grain, 1/4 oz meat, 1/8 cup vegetables (red/orange), 1/8 cup vegetables (other)
